We're building our network of independent private drainage specialists to genuinely reflect the criteria below, county by county.
Every specialist we introduce customers to is an independent business, not a Private Drainage UK employee or subcontractor. We aim to apply the following criteria when reviewing applications to join our network:
- Relevant experience in the specific service being requested
- Appropriate insurance in place
- Geographical coverage that genuinely matches the areas they say they serve
- Companies House registration where applicable, checked as part of onboarding
- Reasonable response standards for enquiries introduced to them
