   We assess and score your enquiry

   Your postcode, system and requirements are used to identify which of our independent specialists is the right fit for the work involved.

   We introduce you to an appropriate specialist

   We aim for one well-matched, independent specialist per enquiry, rather than sharing your details widely.

5. 05

   The specialist contacts you directly

   You deal with the specialist directly from this point — arranging a visit, getting a quote, and agreeing terms. Private Drainage UK is not a party to that contract.

6. 06

   We may receive a referral fee

   If the specialist proceeds with your work, they may pay us a referral fee. This never affects the price you're quoted — see how we make money.
